Privacy Policy — Project 75 (iOS)
Effective Date: January 18, 2026
App Name: Project 75
Developer: Zaphon AI, LLC
Contact Email: jmartone2008@gmail.com
Project 75 ("we," "our," or "us") is an iOS app that creates a personalized 75-day challenge by generating your daily rules ("Tasks") from your answers and helping you track progress. Personalized generation is required for the app's core functionality. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the app.
1) Key Summary
No accounts: Project 75 does not require sign-in and does not create user accounts.
On-device storage: Your answers, Tasks, progress, and photos are stored only on your device.
Generation required: To use Project 75, you must provide answers so the app can generate your Tasks.
Subscriptions: We use Apple In-App Purchases, with RevenueCat and Superwall to manage subscriptions and paywalls.
2) Information You Provide
A. Challenge answers (required)
When you onboard, you provide answers (e.g., goals, preferences, constraints) used to generate your personalized Tasks.
B. Progress content (optional)
If you use these features, you may provide:
- Task completion and progress data
- Notes/reflections you type
- Progress photos you add
3) How Task Generation Works (Required)
Project 75 requires you to submit onboarding answers so we can generate your personalized Tasks. If you do not provide the required answers, you cannot use the app's core features.
Processing for generation:
- Your onboarding answers are used to generate your personalized Tasks.
- Your answers and generated plan are stored on your device.
- If generation uses online processing (for example, sending the answers to a server to produce the plan), we transmit only what's necessary to generate the Tasks and do not store your answers on our servers after generation (except as needed briefly for the request to complete).
Not medical advice: Project 75 is not a medical or healthcare service. The generated Tasks are for informational and motivational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4) Data Stored on Your Device
Project 75 stores the following locally on your iPhone/iPad:
- Your onboarding answers
- Your generated Tasks/plan
- Your completion/progress history
- Any notes you add
- Any progress photos you add
We do not host this data in user accounts and do not sync it to our servers.
5) Subscriptions and Third-Party Services
A. Apple In-App Purchases
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.
B. RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements (e.g., whether you have access to paid features). RevenueCat may process:
- Purchase/transaction information (from Apple)
- Device identifiers and app-related identifiers used to link purchases to your device
- Diagnostics related to purchase validation and subscription status
C. Superwall
We use Superwall to display paywalls and manage paywall behavior. Superwall may process:
- Device/app identifiers
- Paywall interaction events (e.g., what paywall was shown and whether it was dismissed or accepted)
- Subscription status signals (often via RevenueCat integration)
These providers process data to operate subscriptions/paywalls and provide their services reliably. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
6) What We Collect Automatically
Project 75 does not require accounts and is designed to keep most data on-device. The app and its subscription/paywall providers may still process limited technical information such as:
- Device/app identifiers (for subscription/paywall functionality)
- Basic diagnostics needed to ensure purchases and paywalls work correctly
7) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Generate your personalized Tasks (required)
- Let you track your progress and show your plan inside the app
- Enable paid features and confirm subscription status
- Provide customer support if you contact us
8) Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share limited information only when necessary to:
- Run subscriptions/paywalls (RevenueCat, Superwall, Apple)
- Comply with legal obligations or enforce policies
- Protect the safety, security, and integrity of the app
9) Data Retention and Deletion
Because your answers, Tasks, and photos are stored only on your device:
- You can delete your data by deleting content inside the app (if applicable) and/or uninstalling the app, which removes locally stored app data.
- We do not maintain user accounts, so we cannot delete an "account" for you.
If you contact support, we may retain support communications for as long as needed to respond and for recordkeeping.
10) Children's Privacy
Project 75 is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support communications, contact us at jmartone2008@gmail.com.
11) International Users
If you use Project 75 outside the country where we operate, subscription/paywall providers and Apple may process limited data in other countries. We take steps to protect information consistent with this policy.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will update the Effective Date and may provide notice in-app or on the app's listing page.
